Association Meetings
- Tuesdays at 3PM your management company rep is at the Sandpiper Isle Club House should you want to meet and/or discuss community issues.
- Regular Board of Director meetings are on the third Tuesday of each month. Residents can check the official bulletin board for agenda items which are posted the week prior. The Board meeting starts at 3PM. Residents are invited to participate in the "OPEN FORUM" discussions by arriving at 2:45pm.

- Below are links to forms which a resident may need from time to time. Note: refer to rules/regulations or handbook for when a resident needs to file the following forms (i.e. if a resident is not occupying his unit, but has a family member or guest using the unit, the family/guest occupancy form must be filled out and sent to the management company in advance of the visit and must be on file. This notification is for your protection.)
Requests for repairs/etc.
By email
- Work order form: This form should be completed by the resident and is to be sent to the management company for subsequent action. This work order includes requests for landscaping, irrigation, building maintenance, pool/spa and street lights. The work order form should be sent to the management company at: manager@sandpiperisle.net
- OR, you may send an email but you MUST include your name/address/phone number (s) along
with details of what you request entails. This email must go to:
manager@sandpiperisle.net
If you do not have access to emails
- You may also call the managing company rep
(Jack Erickson) at 239-595-7585, but this should only be done if you DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO EMAILS, and/or in
emergencies as this does not provide for a record of the request nor does it copy in the
appropriate BOD staff.
