#10: In lieu of cleaning clubhouse as outlined below, I acknowledge and agree to have the cleaning service* clean the clubhouse after our event. We also acknowledge that we must return all furniture that we have moved and dispose of trash. Owner agrees to contact/pay SPI cleaning service for cleaning clubhouse/etc.
Clubhouse facilities usage agreement:
The above Sandpiper (SPI)owner agrees he/she will be held responsible for cleaning the clubhouse/facilities and any damage to the clubhouse and/or amenities (including outside grill/pool furniture/etc if used) in the facility being used. Cleanup must be done immediately following the event. Any furniture that has been moved must be returned to the original location. All appliances/tables/counters/etc. must be cleaned if used. Special instructions for use/cleaning are posted on or near each appliance including the grill.
The above SPI owner may be charged for any clean-up fees or any damages incurred.
CLEANING SERVICES: If the above owner would rather pay a cleaning fee (approximately $60-$125) charged by Sandpiper Isle’s cleaning service, they will need to coordinate directly with the cleaning service.
Upon agreeing via signing item #10 above, the board will provide cleaning service contact information. Such owner listed above by full name in item #10 once complete, (above) agrees to have the cleaning service* clean the clubhouse after our event.
*Cleaning service does NOT move furniture. Please return everything to original position and dispose of all trash.
Use of the clubhouse does not include consumable items, therefore the above owner who has initialed, is responsible for supplying all food, beverages, plastic/paper goods and trash bags. An approval for use of clubhouse, does not include exclusive use of the pool, pool deck, fitness center, and/or BBQ grill area, it is only the use of the clubhouse for the hours requested.
Once completed form is received, your reservation will be put on the calendar based on availability (first come/first served), and you will be confirmed by return email. The board reserves the right to cancel the reservation request, should an SPI meeting/function necessitate such. Should any such action need to be taken, you will be contacted by phone and/or email as soon as possible.
