Property Maintenance/repair schedule charts: 

The following charts have been prepared to summarize routine maintenance projects that are deemed necessary and subsequently budgeted according to associations 1, 2, 3, 4 and the Commons.  It is our intent to provide this information for owners and to help the future board members with a log of these important projects.

NOTE: As projects are added/changed/etc., these charts will be updated accordingly and will continue to evolve with inclusion of information that the Properties/Maintenance and Planning Committee feels will help keep our owners and board members current!

       Please fill out and send in this form when you have family members staying in your unit when you are NOT with them.


  • Special request form for an exemption Form used to ask for temporary exemptions to specific rule/regulation (i.e. overnight parking in guest space, delivery service during restricted hours /etc. ). Send completed form to management company representative asking to present at the next board of directors meeting for approval. 


  • Clubhouse use request form -  residents are asked to check the calendar in the main clubhouse bulletin board for availability, if available fillet the clubhouse use request form and sent it in with check to treasurer as soon as possible (if request is with 7 days please call for approval).
