About SPI

Sandpiper Isle is comprised of various condominium  styles within our 100 unit residential setting.   It has a multi-story mid-rise building, 8 buildings each with 4 units, and 5 buildings with 10 units.  SPI nestled among lush tropical vegetation with half the units facing a preserve, several with golf views and others face sparkling lakes and fountains.
 
The Clubhouse complex (24311 Sandpiper Isle Way) includes a pool, hot tub and BBQ grill.  One side of the facility has a kitchen, 2 social rooms (one for casual get-togethers with a large TV, and another room also serves as a library), a bathroom and large storage room (for extra tables/chairs/decorations/etc.).  The other side is an exercise room with a TV, and restrooms with men's/women's showers in the respective bathroom areas. 
 
Sandpiper Isle is located adjacent to the 12 lighted Pelican Landing  tennis courts. In addition to tennis, residents of Pelican Landing have many other amenities such as a private island beach (accessible daily via a boat shuttle service), kayaking/canoeing, sailing, butterfly gardens, kids playground, bocce, pickle ball, a 3,200 sq. ft. fitness center and more - all of the amenities for "Gracious Living" in a tropical setting.

Big Hickory Island is where Pelican Landing's 34-acre private beach is located facing the Gulf of
Mexico. It is south of New Pass and Lovers Key State Park. This beach is part of Pelican Landing
amenities of which includes use by Sandpiper Isle owners/guests.
