Below are the 2021 SANDPIPER ISLE REVISED MITIGATION DOCUMENTS: To access your form, search the specific address for your building (BELOW), click on the address, it will open your building address on your browser. Once you have the document on your browser, email (or forward or save) it to yourself. Remember, if you are sending it on to your insurance carrier, you will need to sign on page 4 before sending.
IF YOU ARE USING A COMPUTER (such as Mac/MacbookPro/etc.) YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO USE THE EMAIL VERSION LINK AS IT WILL OPEN UP A PRE-ADDRESSED EMAIL AND INSERTING THE FORMAT OF THE FORM FOR YOU TO FILL IN THE BLANKS AND SUBMIT VIA EMAIL.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A COMPUTER AND ARE USING A TABLET OR MOBILE DEVICE LIKE A CELL PHONE YOU SHOULD SELECT THE PRINTED VERSION OF THE FORM. PRINT THE FORM, FILL IT OUT AND SEND TO ENTITY IDENTIFIED ON THE FORM, AND WAIT FOR NOTIFICATION OF APPROVAL.
REQUEST FOR ARCHITECTURAL CHANGES TO YOUR CONDO:
The Architectural Review Request Form must be submitted to the management company and subsequently approved by the Sandpiper board. Once an approval is received from the Sandpiper Board, owner is responsible for submitting a Pelican Landing Architectural Request Form with the Sandpiper Board approval to secure PLCA's final approval before installation.
REQUEST TO USE CLUBHOUSE:
Form is to be used when requesting use of the SPI clubhouse. Once submitted and approved, you will be notified and the function will be placed on the SPI Calendar.
Form is to be used when requesting approval to be exempt from a rule/regulation (i.e. temporary overnight use of guest parking space due to garage door repair during season restrictions/etc.).
Condo living has several restrictions, but an owner can request the Board to make exceptions for short durations. Submit this request via management company who will put on the next Board meeting for a vote of board member approvals. If/when approved by the Board, you will receive an approval email from an authorized Position on the Board or management company.
Form is to be used to notify association management company & board when a family member will be staying at owners condo when owner is not present.
This is the only screen door which can be used for Sandpiper Condos for front doors (not lanai).
