Home

Welcome to Sandpiper Isle, one of the most active and friendly neighborhoods in Pelican Landing.  Our neighborhood is small enough to know your neighbors, large enough to have a spacious clubhouse and expansive lake views.  Pelican Landing, located in Bonita Springs, FL., is a  community with 3,500+ households. It is made up of several neighborhoods of single family homes and multiple groups of condominium neighborhoods with styles ranging from duplexes to multi-story low-rises, mid-rises and high-rises.

Board Announcements

August 17, 2024

The pool and spa water will have a green tint for a week or so, then it will turn crystal clear. Both will be available for use in mid September.

Update (8/16/24):   the pool and spa renovation is on track!  The new tile has been installed and the finish coat is being installed today. The pool will be refilled with water this afternoon.   Then, the water will be treated and the chemicals balanced on a regular basis for the next 30 days.   As stated earlier, the pool and spa will not be available for use for the next 30 days.

Neighbors, the city of Bonita Springs just approved the construction permit for us to renovate our pool!
Following is the approximate timeline:
  • all pool maintenance and chemical treatment will stop today, July 24th and the pool will be closed.
  • on Thursday, August 1st, the water will be emptied and the renovation will begin. It will take up to 3 weeks to complete the renovation.
  • in mid August, the pool will be refilled with water.
  • for 30 days, swimming will not be allowed as the chemicals will be re-introduced and the balance of those chemicals needs to settle to normal levels.
  • on approximately September 15th, the pool will be available for normal use.
While our pool is closed, our neighbors at Palm Colony have graciously offered to allow us to use their pool on Ivory Cane Drive. For those of us that choose to take advantage of their pool, the key to the rest room is in a drawer in the kitchen.

If any of these plans change, I will keep you updated.
