Home

Welcome to Sandpiper Isle, one of the most active and friendly neighborhoods in Pelican Landing.  Our neighborhood is small enough to know your neighbors, large enough to have a spacious clubhouse and expansive lake views.  Pelican Landing, located in Bonita Springs, FL., is a  community with 3,500+ households. It is made up of several neighborhoods of single family homes and multiple groups of condominium neighborhoods with styles ranging from duplexes to multi-story low-rises, mid-rises and high-rises.

Neighborhood News

Welcome back !
It has been a great summer/fall season, especially without any bad storms/hurricanes. But our dry season has begun early. Several things to remember:
1. If you have ants or other critters inside your condo when you return, you should contact John Curylo (Pursuit Pest Control) via text: 239-821-4599 or email: pursuitpestmanagement@outlook.com  as he will contact you to schedule to come spray inside your condo. Please put your name/address/etc.

2. Please be aware of your surroundings, even in our pool and/or deck area. Recently a "colorful" snake was seen in our pool. Luckily one of our owners was able to use the net to get it out of the pool safely. So be alert to critters !

3. With our weather being nice, please adhere to our posted speed limit of 15 MPH as we have bikers/walkers/joggers/etc. in our streets as SPI does NOT have sidewalks!

Thank You !

Our first POTLUCK SOCIAL was November 3, and our turnout was a larger than a normal first event of the pre-season year gathering. Thank you so much for coming to the event and making it a VERY successful evening!  And "Big" thank to our hosts: Danielle Etzbach and Grace Maidrand for setting up/etc.

The Sandpiper Isle Social committee thanks all those who have volunteered to host our social events. We are looking forward to our upcoming 2025-6 season. The social events dates have been posted on our website calendar and the gate house bulletin board.  If you are interested in hosting and/or coordinating a special themed social activity, please contact Linda Herward via email: herward@pitt.edu .

SPI neighbors gather for an end of summer gathering at the Sandpiper clubhouse.

Thank you for observing the speed limits in Sandpiper Isle (15MPH) and Pelican Landing (25MPH).

Please use caution while driving, as  our streets are being utilized more and more for biking & walking.
