Welcome to Sandpiper Isle, one of the most active and friendly neighborhoods in Pelican Landing.  Our neighborhood is small enough to know your neighbors, large enough to have a spacious clubhouse and expansive lake views.  Pelican Landing, located in Bonita Springs, FL., is a  community with 3,500+ households. It is made up of several neighborhoods of single family homes and multiple groups of condominium neighborhoods with styles ranging from duplexes to multi-story low-rises, mid-rises and high-rises.

RESEALING ANNOUNCEMENT SCHEDULE:
PENDING WEATHER, THE PLANS ARE TO START SEPTEMBER 20 (MONDAY). RESEALING WILL START ON THE EVEN NUMBERED SIDE OF STREET (DAY 1) INCLUDING GUEST PARKING SPOTS FOR THAT SIDE.  NEXT DAY (DAY 2) STREET WILL NEED TO DRY, THEN DAY 3 THE COMPANY WILL RETURN TO MOVE TO THE ODD NUMBERED SIDE OF THE  STREET TO REPEAT THE PROCESS.
AN EMAIL IS BEING SENT WITH MORE DETAILS/FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS. WE WILL DO ALL POSSIBLE TO ADVISE YOU OF ANY WEATHER DELAYS VIA EMAIL. 
NOTE: ANY OWNER HAVING WORK DONE IN YOUR CONDO, PLEASE,  DO NOT SCHEDULE ANY WORK THIS WEEK.
John Ryan will be in contact w/Gator (resealing vendor) during this process.

Over the summer our roads will be re-sealed which will require some road closures. Some work will be done at our pool that will require our pool/clubhouse facilities to be closed, but date has yet to be scheduled. Hopefully each will only take a week. As much notice as possible will be given, so owners/guests will be able to plan around these improvements.
