Welcome to Sandpiper Isle, one of the most active and friendly neighborhoods in Pelican Landing.  Our neighborhood is small enough to know your neighbors, large enough to have a spacious clubhouse and expansive lake views.  Pelican Landing, located in Bonita Springs, FL., is a  community with 3,500+ households. It is made up of several neighborhoods of single family homes and multiple groups of condominium neighborhoods with styles ranging from duplexes to multi-story low-rises, mid-rises and high-rises.

SPI Board meeting that was postponed in November will now be held December 6 @ 9am at the Sandpiper Clubhouse. Refer to the website calendar, click on the December 6 link for that day to see the agenda. Also look for the email sent to you November 30 for agenda details. NOTE: Gulf Breeze is to provide 'call-in' codes.
 
Refer to SPI website Calendar for all upcoming SPI Board meetings, starting September 20, 2022 through May 2023. Meetings will be monthly on the third Tuesdays of each month beginning at 10 am.  Meetings will be held at the SPI clubhouse.

Sandpiper Team 1 defeated Sandpiper Team 2 to win the prestigious PLCA Neighborhood Bocce Tournament Championship in a hard fought 3 game match.  Kudos to both teams who eliminated 10 other communities to reach the final.   This was four consecutive titles for the Sandpiper 1 team.
