Our association is responsible for all building maintenance, landscaping and irrigation upkeep and all common areas (the pool, clubhouse, fitness center, etc). Each owner is responsible for all interior maintenance, including the drywall, all windows, screens and doors.
If you have exterior maintenance issues or requests that are not landscaping related: click here to send an email to Gulf Breeze. Please remember to include your name, address, phone number and description of the issue. Examples of items owners should direct to the management company are maintenance, pool, cleaning, billing issues, dues, other financial items, etc.
In case of emergency (flooding-roof leak/etc) during normal business hours call 239-498-3311.
If there is an emergency at night, on holidays or weekends, call Gulf Breeze at: 239-410-3734. Leave a message and someone will contact you.
Landscaping Requests

If you have an emergency irrigation issue (i.e. leaking sprinkler head), you should send an email to this address with details: service@greenscapesfl.com.

After business hours, weekends, and holidays dial 239-643-4471 Press 1. If no answer, leave a message. A Greenscapes staff member will return your call as soon as possible.

Pursuit is contracted to provide pest control on a schedule for all outside pest control services. With this contract, Pursuit will provide inside condominium pest control spraying when residents contact (phone-text/email) regarding pest issues inside their unit. There is no charge for this service. Please call /text and/or email John at Pursuit as needed for pest control inside your unit. Please be sure to identify your name/address in Sandpiper and phone number and/or email when contacting Pursuit.
